Thank you for your interest in our rental properties. To ensure a smooth processing of your tenancy application for 2026, please complete our secure online form and provide the necessary supporting documentation.
What You Will Need
To be considered for a property, each occupant over the age of 18 must submit an individual application. Please have the following information and digital copies ready:
Proof of Identity: A minimum of 100 points of ID, typically including one primary photo ID (e.g., Passport or Driver’s License) and secondary documents like a Medicare card or utility bill.
Proof of Income: Your two most recent pay slips, a current employment contract, or a bank statement showing regular income deposits.
Rental History: Contact details for your current and previous property managers or landlords, along with a copy of your rental ledger if available.
References: Names and contact information for at least two professional or personal references (excluding family members).
Application Process
Inspection: We recommend attending an inspection before applying to confirm the property meets your needs.
Submission: Complete all sections of the online form. Incomplete applications may result in processing delays.
Review: Our team will verify your references and income. This typically takes 48–72 business hours.
Outcome: If successful, you will be contacted to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement and pay the initial bond and rent.
